OSCE monitoring ends without incident

In accordance with the mandate of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, the OSCE mission has today conducted a monitoring on the line of contact of troops near Orta Garvand village in Azerbaijans Aghdam district.

The monitoring was held, on the Azerbaijani side, by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk and his field assistant Hristo Hristov.

The Personal Representative’s field assistants, Jiri Aberle and Peter Svedberg participated on the other side of the LOC, in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan occupied and controlled by the armed forces of Armenia.
