Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov did not confirm a possible phone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as well as the possibility of discussing a large exchange of prisoners of war from Russia and Ukraine, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

Peskov said that they did not announce Putin’s international phone calls in advance.
