PFPA activist arrested for 25 days

Zaur Usubov, an activist of the Ismayilli district branch of the Popular Front Party, was arrested by a local court for 25 days. He was found guilty under Article 535.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to a lawful order of the police).

The accusation is false, and the real reason for the arrest is related to his sharply critical status in social networks, Zaur Usubov is the sixth PFPA activist arrested this year. Five activists were sentenced to administrative arrest, and the head of the Salyan district organization of the PFPA, Zamin Salaev, was prosecuted and the investigation continues.
