The visit of French First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva to France has once again reminded of the prospects of cooperation between the two countries in various fields, as well as the development and strengthening of bilateral relations. Within the framework of this visit agreements were signed between Thales and the Baku Metro, Central Bank and Rothschild and Cie, as well as the Azerbaijan Republic and the French Development Agency (AFD), which is very pleased to have been in close cooperation with MEDEF International, France Development Agency (AFD) will work with Azerbaijan.
MEDEF International Director General Philip Gotye said in an interview with AZERTAC. Speaking about the importance of the First Vice President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva’s visit to France, Gotye said that 2019 would be a rich year in terms of bilateral relations.
“We wish to establish close and rich relations with Azerbaijan, hoping that France will soon make high-level visits to Azerbaijan, and we will try to make maximum contributions to the development of bilateral economic relations with MEDEF International, along with other projects we would like to present to the highest level of representatives of French companies we will carry out a historical tour, we will soon inform about it, “Gotye said.
The Director General emphasized the importance of diversifying relations with the participation of new businesses and investors who want to open their offices in Azerbaijan, as well as establishing French-Azerbaijani joint ventures to produce products to European markets.
Fighting said: “We should try to attract Azerbaijani investors to France, and I hope that 2019 will be the most productive year in the field of bilateral relations.”
