Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order regarding measures to construct road infrastructure in Kalbajar and Lachin districts.

Under the presidential Order, the Azerbaijan Highway State Agency is initially allocated 10 million manats for the construction of the road infrastructure in Kalbajar and Lachin.
