The “Memorandum of Understanding between the State Agency for Service to Citizens and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Service Commission of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia” has been approved, APA reports.
The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree on this regard.
