A country like Azerbaijan is able to buy arms anywhere, said Russia’s President Vladimir Putin.

He made the remarks Aug. 10 at the joint conference with Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan, commenting on the question of Armenian journalist about the arms supply to Armenia and Azerbaijan.
