Refusal of the West to cooperate with Russia has hit the US and Europe, says Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the refusal of a number of Western countries to cooperate with Russia hit the Americans and Europeans themselves, he said itduring a meeting on the development of the Arctic, APA reports citing Tellerreport.

“The refusal of a number of Western countries from normal cooperation, including from Russian energy resources, has already partly hit millions of Europeans, provoked a real energy crisis, and is reflected, by the way, in the United States,” the Russian leader noted.

According to the president, “prices are rising everywhere, and inflation is simply going through the roof.”

“For these countries, it is absolutely unprecedented,” Putin said.

Putin added that Russia also faces challenges, but new windows of opportunity are opening up for it.

Putin also said that Russia can readjust work to provide the Arctic with everything necessary.
