On November 3, a delegation led by the chairman of Estonian-Azerbaijani interparliamentary friendship group Sven Sester visited the liberated from the occupation Aghdam region, the press and public relations department of the Milli Majlis told APA.

The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the atrocities and crimes committed by the Armenian armed forces in the city of Agdam.
