Russia increases oil exports in January-November in 2016

Russia increased its oil exports by 5 percent year on year between January to November period of 2016 and exported 233.2 million tons of oil, according to the Russian Federal Statistical Service (Rosstat).

During the same period, oil as a percentage of the country’s total exports decreased from 26.5 percent to 26.1 percent, however, total energy exports increased from 41.6 percent to 44.8 percent over the same period.

Since last November, the oil price per ton cost approx. $326, according to Rosstat.
