Russia said the United States has refused to engage in dialogue on Ukraine and global security, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports citing the Russian Foreign Ministry.

“The United States itself has refused to engage in dialogue with the Russian Federation on Ukraine and global security,” the statement reads.
