South Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin and his Japanese counterpart, Yoshimasa Hayashi, at the Group of Seven (G7) summit on Saturday talked about strengthening bilateral ties between the two nations and cooperating on global issues, Yonhap news agency said, APA reports.
Park expressed hopes for continued efforts to improve relations through consultations with Hayashi and the scheduled summit between South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on Sunday.
