Seoul to host Cultural Festival of Turkic-Speaking States

A Cultural Festival of Turkic-Speaking States will be held in Seoul, Republic of Korea, from November 8-13.

An initiative of Azerbaijans Embassy, the festival will be organized by Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The festival will bring together cultural figures from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

The opening ceremony will take place at the National Museum of Korea on November 8.

The festival will feature a Day of Azerbaijan on November 9. It will include an exhibition reflecting the countrys history, culture, cuisine, nature, architecture as well as traditional Azerbaijani clothes.

A concert of Azerbaijani, Kazakh and Kyrgyz performers will be organized in the city of Gimhae on November 13.
