Emin Huseynov has been appointed a special representative of the Azerbaijani President in the liberated territories (except Shusha) included in Karabakh administrative region, determined with the decree of the Azerbaijani President, dated July 7, 2021, #1386, APA reports.

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order in this regard.
