“According to decision of the Cabinet of Ministers “On the determination of dates of Novruz, Ramadan, and Eid al-Adha for 2022,” March 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 of 2022 is Novruz Holiday,” said head of press service of State Labor Inspection Aynur Osmangizi, APA reports.

According to her, as March 20 coincide with Sunday, under Clause 5 of Article 105 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, working and non-working days will be replaced, March 25 will be a non-working day.

Thus, as March 19, 26, 27 coincide with Saturday and Sunday, 9 consecutive days (March 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) will be non-working days regarding Novruz Holiday.
