State Tax Service to pay over 1 million manats to Georgian company with Belarusian roots

The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, without observing the competitive procurement procedure, concluded a contract with “Nooga Development GE” (Georgia) for the amount of 1 million 20.000 manats ($600.000).

 

Note that the funds will be paid to the company for the purchase, installation and configuration of software modules implementing additional functionality of “Deep Sage” software up to December 31 this year.

 

In December 2021, a contract was signed between the “STS” and the Azerbaijani LLC “Smart Soluşns Group” (TIN: 1403931601) for provision of a license for the “DeepSage” platform software and its functionality. The contract was also awarded without conducting a competitive procurement procedure, for the execution of which a week was allotted. At that, 2 million 640.900 manats ($ 1 million 553.000) were transferred to the company’s account.

 

The STS does not inform about purposes for which this platform is used. The global network notes that the “Deep Sage” platform is used to manage business processes

 

In July this year, the economic structure of the Ministry of Economy concluded a direct contract https://www.taxes.gov.az/az/post/1755 with “Nooga Development GE” for improvement and technical support of the software “Information system for automation of the cash register system” in the amount of AZN 1 million 40.000, or $611.000.

 

Note that in 2020 and 2021, the Tax Service of Azerbaijan announced “Nougat Development” as winner of two tenders for similar services (maintenance of the information system of automation of the software and cash system) for the same amount – AZN 986.400.

 

Recal that “Nooga Development GE” was established in March this year by “Natasha Korol” (Belarus) – 49%, and the company “Nooga Development” (Belarus) – 51%. LLC “Nougat Development” specializes in the development of automated information software and hardware systems for government and business
