Students from Kyrgyzstan won medals at the Al Khwarizmi International Mathematical Olympiad among juniors. Press service of the Ministry of Education and Science reported.

The Olympiad was held in Tashkent from May 9 to June 4. At least 72 students from Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan participated in it.

The Kyrgyz Republic was represented by eight students.

Fyodor Korniyash from school No. 61 won a gold medal, Timur Akeneyev from Gazprom Kyrgyzstan school won a silver medal and Sultan Musakhodzhaev from the school No. 70 won a bronze medal.
