Members of the Heydar Aliyev Children and Youth Creativity Center in Nakhchivan organized an excursion to the Badamli Mineral Water Plant.
AZERTACAPA’s Nakhchivan bureau reports that during the excursion, the members of the association were given detailed information about the plant’s activities. It was noted that the second industrial production of “Badamli” mineral water was launched in 2009 in Nakhchivan. Due to the growing demand for this table water in the foreign market, a larger plant was built and put into operation in May last year in Badamli settlement of Shahbuz region. The plant, with an annual production capacity of 150 million conventional bottles, produces 14 types of carbonated and non-carbonated mineral water. While the previous plant used 40 percent of the spring water, the new plant allowed to increase this figure to 100 percent. Sales bases of Badamli Mineral Water Plant have been established in Nakhchivan and Baku and are sold all over the country. Mineral water is exported to foreign countries under the “Badamli” brand. Last year, more than 500 tons of products were exported to three countries.
Acquaintance with the production process made a deep impression on the students about “Badamli” mineral water, one of the main brands of our autonomous republic.
