“As of December 15, the tax revenues to the state budget have exceeded 15 billion ₼ for the first time,” Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said on Twitter.

“Meanwhile, the tax revenues from the non-oil-gas sector have amounted to 7.9 billion ₼. Record high indicator is the result of the progressive economic reforms, high-level tax management and favorable business environment, as well as the increase of the tax culture in the society. We express gratitude to the conscientious taxpayers and employees of the State Tax Service,” Mikayil Jabbarov added.
