“We commemorate Dear Azerbaijan’s National Leader, late Heydar Aliyev with respect on the 20th anniversary of his death,” Trkiye’s Ministry of National Defence noted in a post, APA reports.

“We will pass on the idea of “One nation, two states” of the late Heydar Aliyev from generation to generation as a legacy and will continue on always being one and together with our Azerbaijani brothers,” the Ministry noted.
