Turkiye wants to establish a corridor for Ukrainian war wounded

Turkiye wants to establish a humanitarian corridor through its territory in order to assist those injured in the Russian-Ukrainian war and to return civilians, said Dmitry Lubinets, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, APA reports citing TASS.

Lubinets noted that this is being discussed between the sides.

On January 11-12, Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova held a series of meetings with Lubinets and her Turkish counterpart Sheref Malkoç within the framework of the international conference of Ombudsmen “The Future of Human Rights in the 21st Century” held in Ankara.
