The volume of the universal containers (TEU – 20-foot equivalent unit) transported by Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) has exceeded 100 mint TEU, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC told APA-Economics.

According to CJSC, the noted indicator has increased 20 000 TEU or by 30% compared to 2022.

“This increase is an indicator of a 77% increase of container import and 159% of export”, noted in the information.
