The head of the State Migration Service, Vusal Huseynov, published a list of documents that are required when leaving by air to Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and Georgia.
Those traveling to Russia, Ukraine and Turkey must submit a PCR test response for COVID-19 with a negative result, made 48 hours before the flight.
Passengers traveling to the Russian Federation must have a medical certificate for the test in Russian or English.
For children under 6 years old, a coronavirus test is not required when visiting Turkey. Persons visiting Ukraine must additionally present an insurance certificate and a residence permit in Ukraine.
If the passenger does not have a family member of a citizen of Ukraine, it is necessary to submit a document confirming his financial situation (bank statement, cash, etc.).
Persons visiting Georgia must submit a document on the vaccination carried out, with the introduction of both doses.
Persons wishing to travel by ground transport should contact the embassies (consulates) of these states.
