Bishkek – A new mural dedicated to the film “Red Poppies of Issyk-Kul,” directed by the renowned Kyrgyz film director and People’s Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bolotbek Shamshiev, has been unveiled in Bishkek. The main role in the film was played by Aiturgan Temirova, Shamshiev’s wife and also a People’s Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic. This news was reported by the press service of the City Hall.
According to 24.kg News Agency, the mural is located on the building at the intersection of Baytik Baatyr and Kulatov streets. It was created by the KyzArt creative group, commissioned by the Jubilee Kyrgyzstan Insurance Company CJSC. The artwork aims to preserve the memory of Kyrgyzstan’s heritage and the human values reflected in Bolotbek Shamshiev’s work.
