I congratulate Your Excellency on your reelection as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

I hope the friendly relations between Brazil and Azerbaijan will further deepened on an international scale for the benefit of our peoples.

Seizing this opportunity, I extend my congratulations to Azerbaijan regarding the hosting of COP29 this year.

Cooperation between our countries will be especially important within the «troika» – United Arab Emirates, Azerbaijan and Brazil for the implementation of the ‘Mission 1.5’.

Mr. President, I reiterate my interest in further strengthening the relations between Brazil and Azerbaijan.
