Kyrgyzstani patients are receiving open heart surgeries and coronary angiography performed by a team of surgeons from Saudi Arabia, as reported by the Ministry of Health’s press center.

According to 24.kg News Agency, the initiative, under the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, brought 30 Saudi surgeons to Kyrgyzstan. These surgeons, in collaboration with Kyrgyz medical specialists, will conduct 20 open heart surgeries and over 50 stenting procedures. The team has also brought essential medical equipment and stents for these operations.
