Shusha Declaration will take Azerbaijan-Turkey relations to the higher level, FM Bayramov says

“Relations between the two brotherly countries, Azerbaijan and Turkey, are at the highest level,” said Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov in an interview with TRT World, APA reports.

The minister noted that large cooperation exists in all fields between two countries.

According to him, the Shusha Declaration inked between Azerbaijan and Turkey on allied relations will take the relations between two countries to a higher level and will open opportunities for further expansion and deepening of relations in the various fields.

Mr. Bayramov noted that in accordance with the Shusha Declaration, in the case of any threat to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of one of the parties, the parties will support each other in accordance with the UN Charter.

Mask to be mandatory for festivities of 50 people, COVID passport not to be required

Using personal respiratory protection means in festivities organized with the participation of up to 50 people is mandatory, according to the amendment signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, to the decision measures on extending special quarantine regime and eliminating some restrictions, APA reports.

According to the decision, for participation in those events, a COVID passport will not be required.

President Ilham Aliyev allocates AZN 24.5 mln. to Azerishig OJSC

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on electricity supply to the organization of protection and defense of the state border in the Kalbajar region, APA reports.

According to the order, AZN 24,5 mln allocated to “Azerishig” Open Joint-Stock Company for the organization of protection and defense of the state border in Kalbajar region with reliable and sustainable electricity supply.

Participants to be required to have a COVID passport at weddings attended by 50 to 150 people

All guests over the age of 18 who attend ceremonies with from 50 to 150 people should have a full vaccination against COVID-19 or a certificate confirming that they are immune to COVID-19, APA reports citing the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to the decision, the usage of respiratory protection tools is not required for guests attending the festivities.

Friendship and brotherhood between our nations are our greatest wealth. As President Ilham Aliyev said, Turkey-Azerbaijani friendship and brotherhood is its highest peak today”.
