Number of infections and deaths in Azerbaijan significantly dropped, Hande Harmanci says

OSCE welcomes the process of a peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia

The OSCE welcomes the meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, mediated by the President of the Council of the European Union (EU) Charles Michel, and the process launched towards a possible peace agreement, Poland’s OSCE Chairmanship has twitted today, APA reports.

Peskov spoke about the purpose of the war in Ukraine

The Russian President’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov has talked about the purpose of Russia in the war in Ukraine, APA reports.

In an interview with SkyNews Dmitry Peskov said that one of the goals of Russia’s special operation in Ukraine is to prevent the threat of a third world war, including against NATO countries with nuclear weapons.

“Imagine that Ukraine is a NATO member and attacks Russia to return Crimea. Applying the Article 5 of the NATO Charter, nuclear-weapon Allies will have to defend Ukraine, which could lead to a third world war. “The work being done now protects us from the potential threat of such a war,” Peskov said.

Earlier Peskov noted that Mariupol would be liberated from the Ukrainian armed forces.

Lavrov says Ukraine’s proposal on Crimea and Donbas is unacceptable

“Ukraine proposed to discuss the issues of Crimea and Donbas at the meeting of the leaders of the two countries. It is unacceptable,” said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

Lavrov accuses Ukraine of going beyond provisions in Istanbul meeting

“Ukraine presented a draft agreement with Russia yesterday, and this draft went beyond provisions determined in the meeting in Istanbul, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
