Baku: An event was held to mark the registration of the 100 millionth citizen application at ASAN Khidmet. The milestone application was submitted by Goychek Kamalzade, the mother of newborn Inji Kamalli, at Baku ASAN Khidmet Center No. 7. She used the birth registration service provided by the Ministry of Justice for her child.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, presented Goychek Kamalzade with a symbolic gift prepared by 'ABAD' in recognition of the 100 millionth application. Established by a decree of President Ilham Aliyev, ASAN Khidmet operates on the principles of citizen satisfaction, transparency, efficiency, and innovation. Nearly 400 services are currently provided at ASAN Khidmet centers.
The ASAN Khidmet model has also attracted significant international interest. To date, it has been introduced in more than 35 countries, sharing Azerbaijan's successful experience in the delivery of public services.
