Over the past 24 hours, 169 new cases of coronavirus infection have been identified in Azerbaijan, including 92 patients recovered, no deaths of those infected with COVID-19 have been registered, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan.

The total number of infected people in Azerbaijan since the beginning of the pandemic was 337,970, including 331,112 recovered, 4,990 died, treatment of 1,868 active patients continues. Over the past day, 8,628 coronavirus tests have been carried out.

Over the past day, 40,774 people were vaccinated against coronavirus in Azerbaijan, including the vaccinated the first dose – 18,123, and the second dose was 22,651 people.

The total number of vaccinated in Azerbaijan is 4,283,501.

At the same time, 2,548,890 people were vaccinated the first dose, and 1,734,611 people received the second dose.
