Aghdam: The resettlement of 188 families to the village of Khidirli in Aghdam will be ensured this month, said the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, Emin Huseynov, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Huseynov stated that 195 and 390 families will be relocated to the village in the subsequent two months, respectively. The initiative is part of the Great Return First State Program, which is facilitating resettlement in three out of five villages in the Aghdam district.
In addition to the resettlement efforts, construction work is set to commence this month in the villages of Bash Garvand and Eyvazkhanbeyli. By the end of 2026, restoration work is expected to be completed in these villages, ensuring the resettlement of the population.
