Baku: A total of 23 Azerbaijani citizens were readmitted from the Federal Republic of Germany on March 17, 2026, as part of the Agreement on the readmission of persons residing without authorization between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the European Union, the State Migration Service informed APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Reintegration Working Group, consisting of representatives from relevant state bodies and coordinated by the State Migration Service, is actively implementing measures to address the difficulties faced by the readmitted citizens. The focus is on ensuring their effective and sustainable socio-economic reintegration into society.
