Baku:At the end of the third quarter of 2026, BP had 2,313 Azerbaijani nationals among its workforce, including those on fixed-term contracts.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, since mid-2018, 90% of BP Azerbaijan's professional staff have been Azerbaijani nationals. Additionally, all non-professional positions at BP in Azerbaijan are fully nationalized.
