26 Wagons of Russian Wheat Dispatched to Armenia Via Azerbaijan

Baku: Another shipment from Russia to Armenia has been carried out in transit through Azerbaijan, APA reports. A total of 1,820 tons of wheat in 26 wagons was dispatched today from Bilajari station in the direction of Boyuk Kesik.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this recent shipment is part of an ongoing trade route where various goods are transported from Russia to Armenia through Azerbaijan. To date, nearly 43,000 tons of grain have been sent this way, along with nearly 9,000 tons of fertilizer, 1,136 tons of propane, 133 tons of aluminum, 1,114 tons of coal, and 67 tons of timber.

In addition to the goods traveling from Russia to Armenia, Azerbaijan has also exported nearly 15,000 tons of diesel and nearly 5,000 tons of AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline to Armenia. This ongoing exchange highlights the crucial role Azerbaijan plays as a transit country in the region's trade dynamics.
