Baku: A total of 3,040 people have been evacuated from the Islamic Republic of Iran to Azerbaijan from 08:00 on February 28 to 10:00 on March 27.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, among those evacuated, 516 individuals are citizens of Azerbaijan. The evacuation process has been ongoing for nearly a month, ensuring the safe passage of Azerbaijani citizens and others seeking to leave Iran. The coordinated effort underscores the collaboration between the two countries in managing cross-border movements during this period.
