Over the past 24 hours, 3,508 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Azerbaijan, 610 people have recovered, 13 have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on August 14.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 365,009 cases of coronavirus infection have been identified, including 338,279 people recovered, 5,138 have died, the number of active patients is 21,592.

Over the past day, 16,956 tests for COVID-19 have been carried out in Azerbaijan.

Over the past day, 68,204 people have been vaccinated against coronavirus in Azerbaijan.

During the day, the number of citizens who received the first dose of the vaccine was 48 370, the second – 19 834.

The total number of doses of vaccine used in the country is 5,739,342.

The first dose of the vaccine was received by 3 380 387, both doses – 2 358 955 people.
