Shusha: By the beginning of 2027, 45 buildings will be constructed and delivered in Shusha, as stated by Aydin Karimov, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Karimov noted that the construction of these buildings has already commenced this year. The project will result in more than 800 apartments being available, aiming to accommodate nearly 3,000 people. The construction process is being managed through tenders, with ‘Kristal Construction’ currently undertaking the construction of 22 buildings.
Karimov highlighted that, to date, 1,411 people have been relocated to Shusha. The long-term plan involves the relocation of up to 8,000 individuals as part of the second return plan.
Additionally, Karimov mentioned an increase in the number of visitors to Shusha, with 430,000 tourists visiting the area this year, and 23,000 of them staying overnight.
