According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the discussions will emphasize the necessity of trust among involved parties, as progress in determining the fate of missing persons hinges on cooperation, transparency, and the timely exchange of accurate information.

Key topics to be addressed include the importance of providing comprehensive data on missing persons, information on mass and individual burial sites, and the potential for joint humanitarian efforts between conflict parties aimed at locating, recovering, and identifying the missing.

The Conference aims to advance beyond dialogue, promoting practical and sustainable mechanisms that enhance cooperation, protect the rights of families to know the fate of their loved ones, facilitate information exchange, and expand the use of modern forensic, DNA, and technological solutions.
