Dashbulag: 83 homes in the Dashbulag village of Khojaly district are set to be completed by next year, as part of the ongoing restoration efforts in the area. There are 195 houses in the village, with 39 deemed unusable and 156 partially usable, as stated by Afet Telmangizi, head of the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in Agdere and Khojaly districts, during a media tour organized to the village.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, 15 houses have already been restored in Dashbulag. By the end of this year, 58 houses are expected to be ready for use, with a further 83 houses scheduled for completion next year. Thus far, 14 families, comprising 72 individuals, have relocated to the village.

It was reported that essential infrastructure, including 20 kilometers of electricity and gas lines, a water reservoir, and a sub-artesian well, have been restored. Additionally, a transformer has been installed, and metering work has commenced. Nearly 8 kilometers of gas pipeline have been laid, and the drinking water network has been rebuilt. The communication lines project has been approved, with preparations for construction work already underway.

Social and household facilities have been activated in the village, with the establishment of a park and flag square. Internal village roads have been paved with asphalt, enhancing the living conditions for returning residents.

Dashbulag village was brought under the control of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces during an anti-terror operation conducted in September 2023.
