Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to celebrate the 900th anniversary of prominent architect Ajami Nakhchivani.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the presidential order highlights that 2026 will mark the 900th anniversary of the birth of the architect Ajami Nakhchivani. The Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, has been tasked with preparing and implementing an action plan to commemorate the anniversary of this significant figure in Azerbaijani architecture.
