According to the action plan of 2023 signed within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), a course on “Approach to blast injuries” was held with the participation of Azerbaijani military personnel, the Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

During the course, “Physical manifestations of blast”, “Blast injuries”, “Circulatory and abdominal injuries”, “Patient assessment demonstration”, “Eye and nose injuries”, “Head and brain injuries and Physical restraint”, “Lower and upper extremity injuries”, “Snake bite” and other topics were presented to the audience.

Classes were held with groups on the mentioned topics and various exercises were performed.

In the end, certificates were presented to those who completed the course, and a photo was taken.
