Baku/14.06.21/Turan: On the evening of June 13, a driver of a Range-Rover with license plates 10-CO-002, Elshad Kerbalyev, committed two accidents on the Sumgayit-Novkhany road, following which 4 people were killed.

According to law enforcement agencies, first he hit a pedestrian to death in front of the Spring hotel, and trying to escape from the scene of the accident, Kerbalyev crashed into a car “Damas” brand and three people inside were killed as well.

The driver was detained by the Binagadi district police department. It was revealed that he was drunk in the accident.

According to unofficial sources, Karbalyev is a son-in-law of the head of “Qurtulus-93” LLC Magerram Novruzov. – 03B06-
