At the 37th World Snow Polo Championship in the Swiss city of St. Moritz, the Azerbaijani team reached the final of the tournament, APA reports.

A pavilion dedicated to Azerbaijan has been set up near the square where the competition is being held with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

It provides information about the historical and cultural heritage of Azerbaijan, videos, various souvenirs, local products, as well as various publications of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

National dishes are prepared for guests in the pavilion, and our weavers demonstrate the rules of knitting Azerbaijani carpets to the audience.

Tonight, at the gala evening “Baku Moritz Night”, Azerbaijani music will be performed by young violinist Elvin Ganiev.

It should be noted that our country is represented at the tournament by the “Land of Fire” team of the Azerbaijan Equestrian Federation.
