49-year-old Shahin Garayev, a resident of the village of Tapgaragoyunlu of the Geranboy region, was blown up by a mine today.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, the explosion occurred at the moment when Garayev was grazing cattle.

Employees of the region police and other departments are working at the scene of the incident.
