ABB Bank Introduces Streamlined Access to Digital Mortgage Platform with Mygov ID

Baku: ABB Bank has launched a new feature for its ABB Home digital mortgage platform, allowing users to log in using Mygov ID for enhanced convenience and security.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, this integration enables customers to access their accounts without additional registration, offering more flexibility in managing mortgage processes. The development is set to enhance the accessibility of digital services and simplify the overall customer experience.

The ABB Home platform now allows customers to handle mortgage documentation without physically visiting the bank. Alongside its 'Mortgage loan for apartments, private houses and country houses' product, the platform enables users to explore loan amounts for 'Collateral-backed loan' and 'Renovation loan' options. Customers can gather necessary documents and complete procedures up to the loan approval decision stage entirely online.

Additionally, the platform's 'Evaluate your property' tool has been upgraded, allowing users to monitor apartment price changes over the past year. It now also supports the evaluation of private houses and land plots in Baku, Sumgayit, and the Absheron district. Users can provide feedback and suggestions on the platform's pricing directly.

The platform also features a new loan calculator, which aids users in financial planning by allowing them to compute various aspects of their loans. Customers can calculate monthly payments, determine potential interest rates, and evaluate how changes in payment amounts might affect loan terms and repayment schedules.

Comprehensive information about ABB Bank's products and services is accessible at the Bank's branches and offices, its official website, through the Information Center, and on the Bank's corporate social media pages.
