Baku: ABB Bank has unveiled its third bond issuance, launching the 5th and 6th bond issues into the capital market. The total issuance amount stands at AZN 10,000,000, with each issue valued at AZN 5,000,000.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the bonds feature a nominal value of AZN 100, with the currency being AZN. The 5th issue boasts an annual coupon rate of 9%, while the 6th issue offers a 10% rate, with maturity periods of 12 and 24 months respectively. Both issues are classified as interest-bearing unsecured bonds, with coupon payments scheduled on a monthly basis, a shift from the previous quarterly schedule.
The issuance process is conducted through a subscription and will span 22 days, with ABB Invest Investment Company CJSC serving as the underwriter and market maker. ABB Bank's objective is to foster sustainable activity in the capital market and provide regular investment opportunities for investors.
The bank's previous bond issuance in May was fully placed, with investor demand exceeding supply by nearly three times. Investors can access information about ABB Bank's products and services through various channels including the bank's branches, official website, and social media pages.
