Baku:AccessBank, in collaboration with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), is initiating the fifth edition of the Access2Success project. This initiative is designed to enhance the business and management skills of women entrepreneurs.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the project includes a six-week program offering practical training sessions on business management, financial literacy, marketing, strategic planning, sales, and business development. The goal is to equip participants with practical tools and innovative approaches for their daily business operations.
Participants will not only receive training but will also have the chance to share experiences with fellow women entrepreneurs, form new professional connections, and explore opportunities for business growth.
The registration for women entrepreneurs interested in joining the Access2Success initiative is open until October 25, 2026. Since its inception in 2022, the program has seen the participation of 200 women entrepreneurs. This fifth edition continues AccessBank's commitment to supporting women's entrepreneurship.
