At the end of the conference held on December 24 on the theme “Great Return: the celebration of Ilham Aliyev’s policy”, an appeal was addressed to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party, the Victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev.

Based on the ideas of Heydar Aliyev, Azerbaijan is confidently walking on the path of independence and progress, and is experiencing the most powerful period in its centuries-old history and achieving great successes. In particular, the glorious Victory won by the Azerbaijan Army under your command in the Patriotic War is not only marked by the liberation of our homelands, which were under military and political slavery for 30 years, but also by the restoration of historical justice and our national pride. Every moment, every moment of the 44-day Victory march is a heroic epic, an example of the honorable struggle of the determined Azerbaijani people.
As a result of this proud event, unique in our history – a brilliant Victory, new challenges and realities have emerged, new goals have been set for the strengthening of the Victory won at the military level in the diplomatic arena and the field of construction. In this context, with the active participation of your leadership and the First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva in the liberated territories, purposeful restoration and construction works and the creation of huge infrastructure based on modern concepts create ample opportunities for the fulfillment of one more dream of our people – ensuring the Great Return at a high level.
Today, as representatives of the proud and victorious people, as proud citizens of the victorious and mighty Azerbaijan state, we are walking together on the road to a bright future, and we are continuing the Victory march in the historical Victory Song by building and creating in the territories freed from occupation. As you confidently emphasized, “we have returned to these lands, our native lands forever, and we will live here forever. Karabakh is ours, Karabakh is Azerbaijan!”
The people of Azerbaijan are lucky and happy that under your leadership, a resolute Leader who honorably fulfills the oath of loyalty to the Motherland, the people and the state, and the will of his father, whose word is as valuable as his signature, conquers the heights, writes a glorious history and engraves his name in history forever.
