“Turkiye hopes the negotiations started with Syria in Moscow will contribute to peace and stability in the region,” said Turkish national defense minister Hulusi Akar, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.

According to him, it was the first and most good intended meeting that took place after 11 years.
