Baku: Edi Rama, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, has sent a letter of congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Independence Day, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from Prime Minister Rama conveys his warm wishes to the Azerbaijani people on this significant day. He also expressed his gratitude to President Aliyev for the strong cooperation between Albania and Azerbaijan.
